Policies

CANCELATION

Please provide 24 hours notice, or as much notice as is possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  You can cancel/reschedule online up until 24 hours prior to your appointment - after that you will have to contact me via text (preferred) or call me to cancel or reschedule. Please leave a voicemail message if I'm unable to answer the phone, as I may be with a client.    

Any NO CALL / NO SHOW will be charged a 50% fee (based on the service booked) for your missed appointment.      

I appreciate your respect for me and my schedule. If you fail to show up for your appointment, and fail to call me to cancel/reschedule, you will be charged ONE-HALF of the amount of your (missed) massage service. Likewise, I respect you and value your time as well. A missed appointment or last minute cancelation affects my schedule and other clients who had a desire for a service.

If I should ever have the need to cancel or reschedule, I will make every effort to give you as much notice as possible. 

 

ARRIVAL:

If you have not completed your health information form online prior to your appointment, PLEASE plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete a Health Information form in the office. This also allows time to discuss specific issues/questions in regard to your treatment.

For future appointments please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early,  These extra minutes allow you time for changing, and to relax, further enhancing your massage experience.


If you are late, your session will be shortened by the amount of time that you are late - and you will be charged the full rate.  In return, I will make sure I am on time and if for any reason I am not, I will give you the time back, or adjust the price of your session.

 

ILLNESS:

Please have the courtesy to reschedule your appointment if you are sick.  Bodywork, by nature is close proximity work in a small space. To protect myself and other clients from getting ill, I will ask you to reschedule your appointment if you come in with symptoms of being ill.

If I am ill and potentially contagious, I will call and reschedule your appointment so as not to spread any illness with you.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER:


Should an instance or threat of severe weather coincide with your appointment, certain cancelation policies may be modified as is reasonable to accommodate the situation.  

During the winter months, if ice or snow causes area schools to close or employ a delayed start or early release you may reschedule your appointment without regard to the typical required notice. 

​Communication is important and necessary when weather impacts your appointment.  If you feel it is unsafe to travel, don't hesitate to reach out to me in regard to your appointment.

 

PAYMENT:

I accept Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. At this time, I prefer not to accept credit or debit cards.
